Member Update

Jackie Hittner has accepted the position as Head Librarian at the American Association of Orthodontists. She begins her new position on Monday, September 20, 2004 and will send new contact information via the listserv once she gets settled in her new position.

Cheryle Cann, from the University of Missouri St. Louis Barnes Library, has just been granted renewal of her membership in the Academy of Health Information Professionals (AHIP) at the Distinguished Member level.

In May, Shirley Moreno, from the St. Louis College of Pharmacy, graduated with a Master of Management Degree from Fontbonne University.

Also in May, Russ Monika, from the Becker Medical Library, earned a Bachelors of Science Degree in Information Management from Washington University. Russ will also take over the duties of MCMLA Web Editor beginning after the Kansas City Meeting at the end of this month.
