| The SLU HSC Library's Health Information Resources course taken by all first year medical students continues to receive high marks. Students observe that HIR provides skills that are useful to their academic and medical careers. In their summary evaluation report, students noted that the course has "immense value" in learning to use biomedical databases appropriately. Their overall assessment of the course described the HIR course as "well-organized, informative, and practical." Students value the convenience of the online format, which will be updated in the coming months for use by other HSC programs. |
